AS100.0360 ALFA-Speed rollers - Sliding piece adjustable via spacer rings

The ALFA-Speed roller with an oilamide plain bearing with a diameter of 101.20 mm is particularly suitable for highly dynamic applications with low axial loads. The oilamide sliding piece enables high axial loads to be carried when stationary. Thanks to a low-wear and abrasion-resistant Vulkollan coating, it guarantees very smooth running even in harsh environmental conditions. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the ALFA-Speed roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its high dynamics and high load capacity of up to 1.90 kN radially and up to 0.60 kN axially. The ALFA-Speed castor AS100.0360 at a glance:

A guide profile is also required for each ALFA-Speed roller. The matching guide profile is UP100.0730. It is optionally available with a welded fastener, which allows easy installation by screwing on. Including the AS100.0360BQ1000 version. ALFATEC also offers the ALFA-Speed roller in various sizes. sizes for low and high loads. The ALFA-Speed roller is available in different versions such as with fixed axial roller and in many other series.
