HTR070.0200BQ1000 High temperature roller - Axial roller fixed with square fastening element

The ALFATEC high-temperature tiger roller with a fixed axial roller with a diameter of 70.1 mm has proven itself as a true specialist for high temperatures up to 250°C. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the high-temperature tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 11.40 kN radially and up to 3.15 kN axially. A guide profile is also required for each high-temperature tiger roller. The appropriate guide profile is UP070.0700. It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including HTR070.0200BR1100. The square spacer elements BQ070.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ070.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly. ALFATEC also offers the high-temperature tiger roller in different sizes for low and high loads. The high-temperature tiger roller is also fitted with an adjustable brass glide piece and is available in many other series.
