HTR080.0200BW1200 High temperature roller - Axial roller fixed with mounting bracket
The ALFATEC high-temperature tiger roller with a fixed axial roller with a diameter of 77.7 mm has proven itself as a true specialist for high temperatures up to 250°C. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the high-temperature tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 12.87 kN radially and up to 5 kN axially.

Maintenance
A guide profile is also required for each high-temperature tiger roller. The appropriate guide profile is UP080.0700.
It is welded to a mounting bracket, which makes it easy to install by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including HTR080.0200BQ1000.
