The ALFATEC precision tiger roller with a diameter of 73.8 mm has an adjustable glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances ensure that the roller is guided precisely and robustly at the same time. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the precision tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 11.40 kN radially and up to 3.15 kN axially.
