PT090.0320BQ1000 Precision tiger rollers adjustable - Axial roller adjustable via spacer rings with square fastening element

The ALFATEC precision tiger roller with a diameter of 92.8 mm has an adjustable axial roller. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances ensure that the roller is guided precisely and robustly at the same time. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the precision tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 20.37 kN radially and up to 5.10 kN axially. A guide profile is also required for each precision tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP090.0760. It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including PT090.0320BR1100. The square spacers BQ090.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ090.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
