TR050.0200BR1100 Tiger castors standard - Axial castor fixed with rectangular fastening element

The ALFATEC tiger roller with fixed axial roller with a diameter of 52.5 mm has proven to be our standard roller. Due to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 5.30 kN radially and up to 2.00 kN axially. In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP050.0730. It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including TR050.0200BQ1000. The rectangular spacer elements BR050.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR050.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly. In addition, ALFATEC offers the tiger roller in different sizes for low and high load capacities. The tiger roller is available in different variants such as adjustable axial roller or high-temperature version and in many other series.
