TR050.0360BR1100 Tiger castors with oilamide glide piece with rectangular fastening element

The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a diameter of 52.5 mm has a glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 5.3 kN radially and up to 2 kN axially.   In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP050.0730. It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including TR050.0360BQ1000. The rectangular spacer elements BR050.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR050.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly. In addition, ALFATEC offers the tiger roller in different sizes for low and high load capacities. The tiger roller is available in different versions such as with adjustable axial roller or with brass glide piece and in many other series.
