TR070.0300BQ1000 Tiger rollers adjustable - Axial roller adjustable via spacer rings with square fastening element

The ALFATEC tiger roller with a diameter of 70.1 mm has an adjustable axial roller. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Due to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 11.40 kN radially and up to 3.15 kN axially. A guide profile is also required for each Tiger roller. The appropriate guide profile is UP070.0700. It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in various versions - including TR070.0300BR1100. The square spacer elements BQ070.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ070.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly. Our DR070.0905 and DR070.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller. ALFATEC also offers the Tiger roller in different sizes. sizes for low and high loads.
