TR080.0300BW1200 Tiger rollers adjustable - Axial roller adjustable via spacer rings with mounting bracket

The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a diameter of 77.7 mm has an adjustable axial roller. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Due to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 12.87 kN radially and up to 5.00 kN axially. In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP080.0700. It is welded to a mounting bracket, which makes it easy to install by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including TR080.0300BQ1000. Our DR080.0905 and DR080.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
