TR110.0200BQ1000 Tiger castors standard - Axial castor fixed with fastening element square

The ALFATEC tiger reel with fixed axial roller with a diameter of 107.7 mm, has proven itself as our standard reel. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger reel requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 24.06 kN radially and up to 8.90 kN axially. In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP110.0700. It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including TR110.0200BR1100. The square spacer elements BQ110.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ110.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly. In addition, ALFATEC offers the tiger roller in different sizes for low and high load capacities. The tiger roller is available in different variants such as adjustable axial roller or high-temperature version and in many other series.
