TR120.0300 Tiger rollers adjustable - Axial roller adjustable via spacer rings

The ALFATEC tiger roller with a diameter of 123 mm has an adjustable axial roller. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guides, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 33.44 kN radially and up to 9.80 kN axially. In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP120.0700. It is optionally available with a welded fastener, which allows easy installation by screwing on. In the TR120.0300BQ1000 version, among others. Our DR120.0905 and DR120.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller. In addition, ALFATEC offers the tiger roller in different sizes for low and high load capacities.
