TR120.1360 Tiger rollers adjustable - Sliding piece adjustable via spacer rings

The ALFATEC tiger roller with a diameter of 123 mm has a screw bolt and a sliding piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Screwing in via the screw bolt is sufficient for installation. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guides, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 33.44 kN radially and up to 9.80 kN axially. In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP120.0700. Our DR120.0905 and DR120.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the sliding block. The Tiger castor with screw bolt is available in different versions such as with eccentric or with adjustable axial roller and is available in many other series.
