TR150.1300 Tiger rollers adjustable - Axial roller adjustable via spacer rings

The ALFATEC tiger roller with a diameter of 149 mm is characterized by a screw bolt and an adjustable axial roller. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Screwing in via the screw bolt is sufficient for installation. Due to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 51.94 kN radially and up to 17.40 kN axially. In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP150.0700. Our DR150.0905 and DR150.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller. In addition, ALFATEC offers the tiger roller in different sizes for low and high load capacities. The Tiger castor with screw bolt is available in different versions such as with eccentric or with adjustable sliding piece and is also available in many other series.
