TR180.0200BQ1000 Tiger castors standard - Axial castor fixed with fastening element square

The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a fixed axial roller with a diameter of 180 mm has proven itself as our standard roller. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 95 kN radially and 23.00 kN axially. In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The matching guide profile is UP180.0700. It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including TR180.0200BR1100. The square spacers BQ180.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ180.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly. In addition, ALFATEC offers the tiger roller in different sizes for low and high load capacities. The tiger roller is available in different variants such as adjustable axial roller or high-temperature version and in many other series.
