The ALFATEC |X|tra-Strong tiger roller with a diameter of 111.4 mm has an adjustable axial roller and can take up to 60% higher loads. It impresses with its higher load-bearing capacity, accuracy, strength and durability. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the |X|tra-Strong tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 34.85 kN radially and 11.50 kN axially. A guide profile is also required for each |X|tra-Strong Tiger roller. The matching guide profile is XUP110.0700. It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including XTR110.0300BQ1000. The rectangular spacer elements BR110.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR110.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly. Our DR110.0905 and DR110.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller. ALFATEC also offers the |X|tra-Strong Tiger castor in various sizes. sizes for low and high loads.
