PT120.0320 Precision tiger rollers adjustable – Axial roller adjustable via spacer rings
The ALFATEC precision tiger roller with a diameter of 127.8 mm has an adjustable axial roller. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances ensure that the roller is guided precisely and robustly at the same time. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the precision tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 33.44 kN radially and up to 9.80 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each precision tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP120.0760.
It is optionally available with a welded fastener, which allows easy installation by screwing on. In the PT120.0320BQ1000 version, among others.
Our DR120.0905 and DR120.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
