PT060.0362 Precision tiger rollers adjustable – Sliding piece adjustable via spacer rings
The ALFATEC precision tiger roller with a diameter of 64.8 mm has an adjustable glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances ensure that the roller is guided precisely and robustly at the same time. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the precision tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 8.87 kN radially and 2.95 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each precision tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP060.0760.
It is optionally available with a welded fastener, which allows easy installation by screwing on. In the PT060.0362BQ1000 version, among others.
Our DR060.0905 and DR060.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
