HTR120.0360 High-temperature roller – with brass slider, adjustable
The ALFATEC high-temperature tiger roller with adjustable axial roller with a diameter of 123 mm has proven itself as a real specialist for high temperatures up to 250°C. Axial guidance is provided by a brass sliding piece. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the high-temperature tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 33.44 kN radially and up to 9.80 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each high-temperature tiger roller. The appropriate guide profile is UP120.0700.

Our DR120.0905 and DR120.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
