HTR080.0360BW1200 High temperature roller – with brass slider, adjustable with mounting bracket
The ALFATEC high-temperature tiger roller with adjustable axial roller with a diameter of 77.7 mm has proven itself as a true specialist for high temperatures up to 250°C. Axial guidance is provided by a brass sliding piece. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the high-temperature tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 12.87 kN radially and up to 5.00 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each high-temperature tiger roller. The appropriate guide profile is UP080.0700.

Our DR080.0905 and DR080.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
