PT060.0362BR1100 Precision tiger rollers adjustable – Sliding piece adjustable via spacer rings with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC precision tiger roller with a diameter of 64.8 mm has an adjustable glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances ensure that the roller is guided precisely and robustly at the same time. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the precision tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 8.87 kN radially and 2.95 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each precision tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP060.0760.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including PT060.0362BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR060.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR060.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
Our DR060.0905 and DR060.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
