PT060.0365BR1100 Precision tiger rollers adjustable – Axial roller adjustable via eccentric with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC precision tiger roller with eccentric in diameter 64.8 mm has an adjustable axial roller. An eccentric is used to set the axial play. Milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances ensure that the roller is guided precisely and robustly at the same time. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the precision tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 8.87 kN radially and 2.95 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each precision tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP060.0760.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including PT060.0365BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR060.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR060.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
