PT070.0320BR1100 Precision tiger rollers adjustable – Axial roller adjustable via spacer rings with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC precision tiger roller with a diameter of 73.8 mm has an adjustable axial roller. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances ensure that the roller is guided precisely and robustly at the same time. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the precision tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 11.40 kN radially and up to 3.15 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each precision tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP070.0760.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including PT070.0320BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR070.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR070.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
Our DR070.0905 and DR070.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
