PT080.0260BQ1000 Precision tiger roller standard – Axial roller fixed with square fastening element
The ALFATEC precision tiger roller with fixed axial roller with a diameter of 81.8 mm is characterized by increased precision. Milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances ensure that the roller is guided precisely and robustly at the same time. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the precision tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 12.87 kN radially and up to 5.00 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each precision tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP080.0760.
It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including PT080.0260BR1100.
The square spacers BQ080.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ080.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
