PT080.0460BR1100 Precision tiger roller standard – Without axial roller with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC precision tiger roller with a diameter of 81.8 mm is mainly used for applications where no axial guidance is required. Milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances ensure that the roller is guided precisely and robustly at the same time. The precision tiger roller impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 12.87 kN radially and up to 5.00 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each precision tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP080.0760.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including PT080.0460BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR080.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR080.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
