PT090.0362BW1200 Precision tiger rollers adjustable – Sliding piece adjustable via spacer rings with mounting bracket
The ALFATEC precision tiger roller with a diameter of 92.8 mm has an adjustable glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances ensure that the roller is guided precisely and robustly at the same time. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the precision tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 20.37 kN radially and up to 5.10 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each precision tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP090.0760.
It is welded to a mounting bracket, which makes it easy to install by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including PT090.0362BQ1000.
Our DR090.0905 and DR090.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
