TR070.0350BR1100 Tiger rollers adjustable – Axial roller adjustable via eccentric with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC tiger roller with a diameter of 70.1 mm has an adjustable axial roller. An eccentric is used to set the axial play. Due to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 11.40 kN radially and up to 3.15 kN axially.

In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP070.0700.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in various versions – including TR070.0350BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR070.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR070.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
