TR080.0350BR1100 Tiger rollers adjustable – Axial roller adjustable via eccentric with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a diameter of 77.7 mm has an adjustable axial roller. An eccentric is used to set the axial play. Due to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 12.87 kN radially and up to 5.00 kN axially.

In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP080.0700.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including TR080.0350BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR080.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR080.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
