TR080.0380BR4100 Tiger rollers standard – Radial castor with chrome coating with rectangular fixing element
The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a diameter of 77.1 mm has an adjustable glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. The weld-in stud is made of stainless steel (1.4301). The outer ring is chrome-plated and is therefore protected against corrosion. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 12.87 kN radially and up to 5 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each Tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP080.0780.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including TR080.0380BQ4000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR080.4505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR080.4510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
Our DR080.4905 and DR080.4910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
