TR080.0390BR4100 Stainless steel tiger castors adjustable – Sliding piece adjustable via spacer rings with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a diameter of 77.7 mm has an adjustable glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. The weld-in stud and outer ring are made of stainless steel (1.4301) and are therefore protected against corrosion. The bearing is mounted by means of a plastic sliding bush. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 7.2 kN radially and up to 4 kN axially.

It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including TR080.0390BQ4000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR080.4505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR080.4510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
Our DR080.4905 and DR080.4910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
