TR080.0400BR1100 Tiger rollers standard – without axial castor with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC tiger roller with a radial roller diameter of 77.7 mm is mainly used for applications where no axial guidance is required. The Tiger pulley impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 12.87 kN.

A guide profile is also required for each Tiger roller. The appropriate guide profile is UP080.0700.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including TR080.0400BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR080.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR080.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
