TR090.0300BR1100 Tiger rollers adjustable – Axial roller adjustable via spacer rings with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC tiger roller with a diameter of 88.4 mm has an adjustable axial roller. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guides, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 20.37 kN radially and up to 5.10 kN axially.

In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP090.0700.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in various versions – including TR090.0300BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR090.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR090.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
Our DR090.0905 and DR090.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
In addition, ALFATEC offers the tiger roller in different

for low and high load capacities.
