TR110.0300BQ1000 Tiger rollers adjustable – Axial roller adjustable via spacer rings with square fastening element
The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a diameter of 107.7 mm has an adjustable axial roller. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger reel requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 24.06 kN radially and up to 8.90 kN axially.

In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP110.0700.
It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in various versions – including TR110.0300BR1100.
The square spacer elements BQ110.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ110.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
Our DR110.0905 and DR110.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
In addition, ALFATEC offers the tiger roller in different
sizes
for low and high load capacities.
