TR110.0350BR1100 Tiger rollers adjustable – Axial roller adjustable via eccentric with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a diameter of 107.7 mm has an adjustable axial roller. An eccentric is used to set the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger reel requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 24.06 kN radially and up to 8.90 kN axially.

In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP110.0700.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including TR110.0350BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR110.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR110.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
