TR110.0368BQ1000 Tiger rollers with brass glide piece – with square fastening element
The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a diameter of 107.7 mm has a glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by a brass sliding piece. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 24.06 kN radially and 21.3 kN axially.

In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP110.0700.
It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in various versions – including TR110.0368BR1100.
The square spacer elements BQ110.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ110.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
