TR150.0350BR1100 Tiger rollers adjustable – Axial roller adjustable via eccentric with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a diameter of 149 mm has an adjustable axial roller. An eccentric is used to set the axial play. Due to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 51.94 kN radially and up to 17.40 kN axially.

In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP150.0700.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including TR150.0350BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR150.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR150.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
