XTR070.0300BQ1000 Xtra-Strong Tiger rollers adjustable – Axial castor adjustable via spacer rings with square fastening element
The ALFATEC Xtra-Strong tiger roller with a diameter of 73.8 mm has an adjustable axial roller and can take up to 60% higher loads. It impresses with its higher load-bearing capacity, accuracy, strength and durability. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the Xtra-Strong tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 16.43 kN radially and up to 4.10 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each Xtra-Strong Tiger roller. The matching guide profile is XUP070.0700.
It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including XTR070.0300BR1100.
The square spacer elements BQ070.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ070.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
Our DR070.0905 and DR070.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
