XTR080.0200BQ1000 Xtra-Strong Tiger rollers standard – Axial castor fixed with fastening element square
The ALFATEC Xtra-Strong tiger castor with a fixed axial castor with a diameter of 81.7 mm can take up to 60% higher loads. It impresses with its higher load-bearing capacity, accuracy, strength and durability. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Xtra-Strong tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 18.21 kN radially and up to 6.50 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each Xtra-Strong Tiger roller. The matching guide profile is XUP080.0700.
It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including XTR080.0200BR1100.
The square spacers BQ080.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ080.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
