XTR120.0200BR1100 Xtra-Strong Tiger rollers standard – Axial castor fixed with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC Xtra-Strong tiger roller with a fixed axial roller with a diameter of 126.8 mm can take up to 60% higher loads. It impresses with its higher load-bearing capacity, accuracy, strength and durability. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Xtra-Strong tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 47.43 kN radially and up to 12.70 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each Xtra-Strong Tiger roller. The matching guide profile is XUP120.0700.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including XTR120.0200BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR120.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR120.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
