The heavy-duty linear unit is designed for a load capacity of 600 kg. The heavy-duty linear unit is 1,800 mm long and covers a travel distance of 850 mm. The drive axle is driven by a robust rack and pinion. The drive is additionally protected with a cover. The heavy-duty linear unit is equipped with a modular carriage to which the axle can be individually attached. ALFATEC components are installed: FE guide units and heavy-duty guide profiles.

The heavy-duty linear unit is used in a corrosive environment and has therefore been hot-dip galvanized.
