HTR110.0200BW1200 High temperature roller - Axial roller fixed with mounting bracket

The ALFATEC high-temperature tiger roller with a fixed axial roller with a diameter of 107.7 mm has proven itself as a real specialist for high temperatures up to 250°C. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the high-temperature tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 24.06 kN radially and 8.90 kN axially. The HTR110.0200BW1200 high-temperature tiger roller at a glance:

A guide profile is also required for each high-temperature tiger roller. The appropriate guide profile is UP110.0700. It is welded to a mounting bracket, which makes it easy to install by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in various versions - including HTR110.0200BQ1000. ALFATEC also offers the high-temperature tiger roller in different sizes for low and high loads. The high-temperature tiger roller is also fitted with an adjustable brass glide piece and is available in many other series.
