TR080.0380 Tiger castors standard - Radial castor with chrome coating

The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a diameter of 77.1 mm has an adjustable glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. The weld-in stud is made of stainless steel (1.4301). The outer ring is chrome-plated and is therefore protected against corrosion. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 12.87 kN radially and up to 5 kN axially. A guide profile is also required for each Tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP080.0780. It is optionally available with a welded fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. In the TR080.0380BQ4000 version, among others Our DR080.4905 and DR080.4910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller. ALFATEC also offers the Tiger roller in different sizes. sizes for low and high loads. The Tiger castor is available in stainless steel and is available in many other series.
