TR120.0350BQ1000 Tiger rollers adjustable - Axial roller adjustable via eccentric with square fastening element

The ALFATEC tiger roller with a diameter of 123 mm has an adjustable axial roller. An eccentric is used to set the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guides, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 33.44 kN radially and up to 9.80 kN axially. In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP120.0700. It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in various versions - including TR120.0350BR1100. The square spacer elements BQ120.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ120.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly. In addition, ALFATEC offers the tiger roller in different sizes for low and high load capacities.
