TR120.0360BW1200 Tiger castors adjustable - Sliding piece adjustable via spacer rings with mounting bracket

The ALFATEC tiger roller with a diameter of 123 mm has an adjustable glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guides, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 33.44 kN radially and up to 9.80 kN axially.   In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP120.0700. It is welded to a mounting bracket, which makes it easy to install by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including TR120.0360BQ1000. Our DR120.0905 and DR120.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller. In addition, ALFATEC offers the tiger roller in different sizes for low and high load capacities. The tiger roller is available in different versions such as with adjustable axial roller or with brass glide piece and in many other series.
