The ALFATEC |X|tra-Strong tiger roller with a diameter of 65.5 mm has an adjustable axial roller and can take up to 60% higher loads. It impresses with its higher load-bearing capacity, accuracy, strength and durability. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the |X|tra-Strong tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 15.39 kN radially and up to 3.80 kN axially. A guide profile is also required for each |X|tra-Strong Tiger roller. The matching guide profile is XUP060.0700. It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including XTR060.0300BR1100. The square spacer elements BQ060.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ060.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly. Our DR060.0905 and DR060.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller. ALFATEC also offers the |X|tra-Strong Tiger castor in various sizes. sizes for low and high loads.
