HTR120.0200BR1100 High temperature roller – Axial roller fixed with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC high-temperature tiger roller with a fixed axial roller with a diameter of 123 mm has proven itself as a real specialist for high temperatures up to 250°C. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the high-temperature tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 33.44 kN radially and up to 9.80 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each high-temperature tiger roller. The appropriate guide profile is UP120.0700.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including HTR120.0200BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR120.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR120.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
