HTR150.0360BQ1000 High temperature roller – with brass slider, adjustable with square fastening element
The ALFATEC high-temperature tiger roller with adjustable axial roller with a diameter of 149 mm has proven itself as a real specialist for high temperatures up to 250°C. Axial guidance is provided by a brass sliding piece. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the high-temperature tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 51.94 kN radially and 17.40 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each high-temperature tiger roller. The appropriate guide profile is UP150.0700.
It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including HTR150.0360BR1100.
The square spacer elements BQ150.1405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ150.1410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
Our DR150.0905 and DR150.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
