XTR080.0300BR1100 Xtra-Strong Tiger rollers adjustable – Axial castor adjustable via spacer rings with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC Xtra-Strong tiger roller with a diameter of 81.7 mm has an adjustable axial roller and can take up to 60% higher loads. It impresses with its higher load-bearing capacity, accuracy, strength and durability. Thanks to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Xtra-Strong tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 18.21 kN radially and up to 6.50 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each Xtra-Strong Tiger roller. The matching guide profile is XUP080.0700.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including XTR080.0300BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR080.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR080.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
Our DR080.0905 and DR080.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller.
