XTR120.0400BR1100 Xtra-Strong Tiger rollers standard – Without axial castor with rectangular fastening element
The ALFATEC Xtra-Strong tiger roller with a diameter of 126.8 mm is primarily used for applications where no axial guidance is required. The Xtra-Strong Tiger castor impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 47.43 kN radially and up to 12.70 kN axially.

A guide profile is also required for each Xtra-Strong Tiger roller. The matching guide profile is XUP120.0700.
It is welded to a rectangular fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing on. Fastening elements are available in different versions – including XTR120.0400BQ1000.
The rectangular spacer elements BR120.1505 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BR120.1510 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly.
