The ALFATEC precision tiger roller with a diameter of 81.8 mm has an adjustable axial roller. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Milled guide profiles and tighter tolerances ensure that the roller is guided precisely and robustly at the same time. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the precision tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 12.87 kN radially and up to 5.00 kN axially. A guide profile is also required for each precision tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP080.0760.
