TR070.0380BQ4000 Tiger castors standard - Radial castor with chrome coating with square fastening element

The ALFATEC tiger roller with a diameter of 70.1 mm has an adjustable glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. The weld-in stud is made of stainless steel (1.4301). The outer ring is chrome-plated and is therefore protected against corrosion. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Thanks to its combined design with radial and axial guidance, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity of up to 8.87 kN radially and 2.95 kN axially. A guide profile is also required for each Tiger roller. The matching guide profile is UP070.0780. It is welded to a square fastening element, which enables simple installation by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including TR070.0380BR4100. The square spacers BQ070.4405 with 0.5 mm material thickness and BQ070.4410 1.0 mm material thickness are suitable for adjusting the assembly. Our DR070.4905 and DR070.4910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller. ALFATEC also offers the Tiger roller in different sizes. sizes for low and high loads.
